In our mission to offer our users the best service possible, we are pleased to announce the addition of block download accounts to our list of available account types. A block account is different in that you are not paying a monthly (or quarterly, yearly, etc) subscription. A block account is a one-time purchase of bandwidth from us. You will have 1 year to use the bandwidth you purchase. Once the bandwidth is gone, or the year is up, your account will go away. At that point you can signup again for another block purchase if you choose.

In addition to our snazzy new support system, we’d like to announce that we now have live chat available. You can now use live chat for any support questions that you have. Live chat will ensure quicker response to your issues.

Now, you will be able to look through our KB to find information about any problems you may be having without having to submit a support ticket. The answers to the most common support questions can all be found in the knowledgebase.
